Can any one enlighten me with regards to the rotation of a fan in an incubator should it be clock wise or auntie clock wise or do`s it not mater as long as the fans pitch is set right

It shouldn't matter, since it is only circulating the warm air within the incubator which should be at a constant temperature. One way will suck and the other will blow. However, if you have a large incubator, it is possible that the air at the top could be warmer than at the bottom. So if the fan is at the top, it might be better to blow the warm air down onto the eggs, rather than suck cool air through them.

YES I THINK YOU COULD BE RIGHT ABOUT THE SUCK AND BLOW SO IF THE FAN IS AT THE TOP AND AT THE BACK AIR WILL NEED TO BE BLOWN DOWN TO THE BOTTOM TRAY
